Deposits
are non refundable, if cancelling your appointment they stay stored on your account to use at your following appointment.
Late cancellation fee
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hour time frame will result in a 50% fee of your service or forfeiting your deposit
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us, we understand circumstances change, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours this way we can give someone else the opportunity to take this appointment
No show fee
Any no show appointments will be result in a 50% fee of your service. Your profile will be suspended until this is paid. We respectfully understand circumstances change, as a small business we ask the same in return
In the unlikely event of reschedule appointments due to medical, natural disasters or emergencies. We will try our hardest to offer an alternative date/time for your booking or alternative staff member
